    "content": "You will not need a mast-mounted pre-amp because 1.2 GHz can legally be\nused only as a satellite UPlink. There is nothing to receive there.\n\nAO-92 and ESEO have 1.2 GHz uplinks, for sure. There may be others, as well\n-- I'm not up to speed on that right now.\n--\nMark D.
