    "content": "No CTCSS (we weren't that sophisticated in 1992-3), no significant drift.\nCurrently is being commanded on manually for 1 minute at a time.\nHigh-elevation passes over US East Coast are good candidates for now.  I\nhave no info if plans or feasibility of more.
