    "content": "David,\n\nThe easiest way is to run the WinListen program, which is one of the\nauxiliary programs which is installed.  Start it up, pick the source of Keps\nand the satellite, time span and time step of interest, and then tick Rising\nand Setting.  You will note that the beginning and ending elevation usually\nis not exactly zero if you take the default step.  Pick something smaller,\n10 seconds or so, and it will be very close.
