    "content": "Hello, Alls,\n\nOn behalf of the JAMSAT(Japan-AMSAT) board, it is my great\nhonor to draw your attention to our brand new award, named\nJAMSAT Five Stars Award.\n\nIssuing of this award is intended to get more higher activity \nof radio amateur communication over satellites and eventually \nto have more fellows in this field and protect the frequency \nallocation given to the amateur satellites use.\n\nThis Award is opened for world wide, with following terms and \nconditions.\n\n1.The applicant is required to establish a QSO with five(5) \ndifferent stations over five (5) different Satellites.(Total \n25 QSL Cards required)\n\n2. One specific satellite is counted once, even the QSO was \nmade on different mode or band on the same satellite.\n\n3. Valid only 2way QSOs. Cross mode QSOs are not valid on \nthis award.\n\n4.The QSOs using Digital mode and SSTV are valid, however \nyou are requested to get QSL Cards. (e-QSL is not acceptable)\n\n5.No specific endosement (eg. CW, SSB) is provided.\n\n6. QSOs made after the January 1st, 2006  00:00 UTC are valid.\n\n7. As for the application, no specific format is provided.\nYou can use your own QSO list, however it is recomended to use \na format of ARRL or JARL.\nPlease send your GCR, certified by 2 radio amateurs, but please \nDO NOT send QSL cards to us. (We can not take any responsiblity \nagainst it)\n\n8. Fee on the application\n>From abroad, Ten(10) \"NEW\" IRCs should be sent with the \napplication form.\nFor the domestic application, 800yen should be remited by Postal \nMoney Order.  (If you were member of the JAMSAT, then 400yen \nis applicable)\n\n9. Donatios are welcomed\nThis is not a duty, but your any donations to build new amateur \nsatellites will be most welcomed by us.\nIf you were agree with this, then please add some amount on \ntop of the award application fee.\nJAMSAT will surely remit those your warm donations to the AMSAT-DL\nand/or AMSAT-NA accordingly.\n(Please understand that the JAMSAT-Board is entitled to divide \nthe sum of donations for each party and project.)\n\n10.
