ESA has been a big supporter in the past of\nP3E and Peter and his group are proceeding with those plans.\n\nI know many of our AMSAT-NA's head technicians are also heading in \nthat direction. Most members know who they are, and with my memory I \nwould hesitate to mention a few, and miss the other great folks out \nthere assisting with P3E...\n\nI seems as tho the politicians in AMSAT have a different agenda.\n\nThe OSCAR 1 GROUP (Project Oscar) did it with no politics and \nfunding, and thanks to\nRobert Turlington, G8ATE, we will be celebrating the launch of GB \nZERO OSCAR ONE (GB0O1) on 12 to 16 December.  I haven't seen much \nAMSAT-NA of that event either.  And it would cost NOTHING!!\n\nLooks as tho the goal is to spend money???
