    "content": "Dear\n\nSatellite / nanosatellite project managers often wish to use amateur radio\nfrequencies for educational and outreach purposes. The amateur radio\ncommunity thus offers them a tremendous potential for monitoring their\nfragile conception. They often ask what kind of amateur radio experience\nwould be interesting to board a cubesat or what services they could provide\nwith their communications systems.
