    "content": "Thanks to all who responded.  \nI logged in as Administrator, right clicked setup and selected \"Run as Administrator,\" same for patch.  After installation, changed advanced properties to \"Run as Administrator.\"\nSwitched back to user, and everything works.\nOne quibble:  every time I start up Nova as a user, I get the Windows 10 \"Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?\" window.  Any clues how to get rid of it?  \n",
