    "content": "I am trying to install the FTDI driver (as per the LVB Tracker installation\ninstructions). I am downloading the VCP software successfully. (Win XP, 2.93\nGhz processor, 1.5 Gn RAM)\n\nI click on the CDM release info Word Document, and the Windows Installer\nbox pops up \"preparing to install\". I then get a Word error message \"the\ncommand cannot be performed because a dialogue box is open.Click ok, then\nclose open dialogue boxes to to continue\". But no dialogue boxes are open!\nIf I move the cursor to the Wiindows Installer box's \"cancel\", the cursor\nchanges to an hourglass. If I click \"ok\" in the Word Error box, all the\nwindows close and I am taken back to the folder where the unzipped FTDI\ndownload files reside.  Any ideas?\n\nThanks\n\nPhilip N4HF\n",
