    "content": "The ARISSat-1/Kedr transmission test is scheduled to begin at 1915Z. There\nis a 15 minute transmission delay, so don't expect to receive any signals\nuntil 1930Z.  The satellite transmissions will be in low power mode, which\nmeans that there are no transmissions for 2 minutes (seems like a long time\nwhen you are listening for a signal) and about 45 seconds On, then off again\nfor 2 minutes. So, during an average 8 minute pass you will probably only\nhear 2-3 transmissions periods.
