"content": "Hello All,\n\nI'd like to inform you the current status of the Cute-1.7 + APD II.\n\nFirst of all, thank you very much for many kind cooperations! We are\ngrateful to you all.\n\nAccording to the informations you gave us, now we believe that our\nsatellite is normal.\nUsing an engineering model, we confirmed the same phenomena, which has\ndifferent battery voltages between one in CW frame and another one in FM\npacket, occurs on rare occasions. But in fact, there's no voltage\nreduction because the frequency of the CW beacon is very stable.\n\nWe are going to operate it carefully, but no more an emergency mode.\n\nThanks again!\n\nBest Regards,\nHiroki\nCute-1.7 + APD II\n-- \nHiroki Ashida <[email protected]>\nLaboratory for Space Systems\nDepartment of Mechano-Aerospace Engineering\nTokyo Institute of Technology\nTEL/FAX : +81-3-5734-2644\nRoom 554, Ishikawadai 1st Bldg, Tokyo Institute of Technology\n2-12-1 O-okayama, Meguro-ku, Tokyo, Japan\n",
