Let's hope the Old Bird is still alive and kicking then. \nMaybe if I get on top of the volcano in BK29 I can \"stretch the rope\" a little further into EM84. HiHi. ;)\n\nWill start doing some planning after I get back from EA6 in late October from working CQWW SSB. \nI'll start looking at locations and possible times to all areas Stateside, Asia and Pacific. \n\nI'll send an update out later in the year once I have firmed up travel dates and grid locations. \nUntil then I am open to hearing from anybody who needs those grids for planning and sked purposes. \nAny other ideas or suggestions from the group are welcome!\n\nAloha,\n\nAdrian\nAA5UK\n\n\n\n________________________________\nFrom: \"[email protected]\" <[email protected]>\nTo: Adrian Engele <[email protected]>; [email protected]\nSent: Tuesday, July 28, 2009 7:19:05 AM\nSubject: Re: [amsat-bb] Re: NEED CONTACT WITH MAINE AND RHODE ISLAND FORW.A.SAWARD!\n\n\nHey Adrian,\n \nGreat news! I hope you will be able to work AO-7 because she is the only satellite with a footprint big enough to stretch to EM84. \n \nIf not, I'm confident that plenty of operators in the western U.S. will be excited to have you active from Hawaii on the FM satellites.\n \nRest assured ... I'll stay in touch!\n \nThank you again,\n\nTim\n-------------- Original message from Adrian Engele <[email protected]>: -------------- \n>\n>\n>> Tim, \n>> Your wish may come true. I have not made travel arrangements yet but current plans are to visit Oahu, Kauai and Big Island for my annual scuba vacation. If I go, I should be there for about 2 weeks.
