    "content": "I am getting a problem with SatPC32 V. 12.8b and CAT control FT-817ND.  The doppler correction is perfect with two separate  FT-817s, one for TX and one for RX.  Recently I have been having problems when using one FT-817 simplex for ISS and similar sats.  SatPC32 is calculating correct downlink frequency with doppler correction but is setting the rig to the uplink frequency during receive and downlink frequency during transmit.  Sometimes it works correctly but more often it has this problem.   I slowed the CAT rate in case there were errors but no improvement.  Any ideas or suggestions please?\nDick\n",
