    "content": "Both Chinese satellites were turned on this morning at  1509 UTC over the west coast. passes. KO6TZ in DM13 was worked by myself.. The frequencies in SATPC32 Doppler.sqf file were right on... XW2D seemed a bit weaker than XW2B but both satellites were perfectly workable at my max elevation of only 7 degrees.
