    "content": "I did. Despite my assumption it was the cap it in fact was not.\n\nThere's a strangle little spring that's part of the coupling between \nthe motor and the first drive cog. Not sure why its there, but it had \nslipped out of position and was jamming the motor. I was tempted to \nleave it out (as it seemed it would work fine with out it), but put \nit back in any way and all is working fine.
