I'm thinking about pulling mine out and using it.\nIf I remember correctly, You had to use a couple of the \"Kep\" elements, to\nuse it. RAAN and ??. Fill in the blanks.\n\nMy \"Oscar\" locator, should be called \"RS locator\", because that's what I\nused it for.\n\nBest to the \"Space cadet's\".\n\nW1FXX\n",
