    "content": "If you have a radio with discriminator output (9600 baud packet-ready) and a \ndecent soundcard, you have 9600 capability:  download the AGW Packet Engine \nand AGWTerm from www.elcom.gr/sv2agw and you can receive 9600 baud packet \nfrom the satellites.
