    "content": "Hello all:\n\nThis is David EA4SG from Madrid Spain.\n\nJust listening on 145.800 for the planned SSTV transmission, just some\nminutes ago at 10:53 UTC I copied a very strong intermitent signal\ncoming from the ISS direction. I call the ISS telling them that I was\nlistening and offering my help if needed and one of the two russians\ncosmonauts took the microphone and answered to my call. After the report\nI asked if they are going to send SSTV and he told me that they will be\nsending the pictures the whole day. Then he QRT. Very happy for my voice \nQSO with RS0ISS. 3 minutes later and until LOS a long carrier, strong \nsignal but no modulation at all.\n\nCarrier was there until LOS so I could not had the chance to inform them \n  that the expected SSTV modulation was missing.\n\nJust for your information.\n\n73s\nDavid EA4SG\n\n",
