    "content": "Hi!\n\nThe ARRL just released the July issue of their National Parks on the\nAir (NPOTA) newsletter for National Park Service staff and volunteers.\nThese newsletters are at:\n\nhttp://www.arrl.org/npota-for-nps\n\nand the July issue is available at:\n\nhttp://www.arrl.org/files/file/NPOTA-News/NPOTA-July2016.pdf\n\nOn the last page of this month's newsletter is a short mention of one\nway to deal with an \"uncooperative ionosphere\" - work satellites. It\nshows Fernando NP4JV working a satellite from the South Rim of Grand\nCanyon National Park in northern Arizona.
