"content": "I returned a couple of days before the fire started and as of today, \n30+ cards have been mailed. Aside from cards to Mexico, any that have\nnot gone out yet have at least been sent e-mail. Aside from the usual\nproblems with weekend AO-51 passes (especially in the morning), things\nwent pretty smoothly, aside from a couple of minor equipment glitches.\nThe Pacific/Mountain zone folks seemed to be good about not crowding \nthe transcontinental passes. Pacific passes were lighter than i would\nlike but still productive, and alas, i missed hearing several West Coast\nstations that i would have liked to have worked. Local geography made\nHawaii passes impractical but at least i worked one Alaska station.\n\nSo after a week or so, if you haven't gotten a card or an e-mail from\nme, please send me an e-mail with the particulars of the contact and i\nwill get a card out to you (assuming i have you in my log and/or voice\nrecordings), and as noted before, SASE not necessary. \n\n73's and good luck!\n\t\t -- KD6PAG (Networking Old-Timer, Satellite QRPer)\n\nP.S. Next unusual grid should be a couple of AO-27 passes from CM86\n(Santa Cruz) on Saturday afternoon, 2 June 2007. Possibly also CM79 \nin late June, weather and schedules permitting.\n\nP.P.S Reminder: US postal rates have gone up again; they are now $0.69\nfor Canada and Mexico, $0.41 domestic. If anyone who sends SASE wants\nto trade some Canadian or Mexican stamps for US stamps, please let me \nknow. (If i get more requests than i can use, perhaps i'll facilitate\nset up some kind of stamp exchange.)\n",
