    "content": "H-II Transfer Vehicle7 (HTV7) which will launch at 11th Sep, deliver\nthree CubeSats as J-SSOD#10 to ISS. The CubeSats are SPATIUM-I, RSP-00\nand STARS-Me. RSP-00 and STARS-Me operate on amateur band.
