    "content": "March 13th and 14th are the dates for the next QSO Today Virtual Ham Expo.\nWith presentations, exhibitors and many opportunities for hams from around\nthe world to congregate and share ideas and camaraderie.\n\n \n\nLast Summer, for the first VHE, I was the sole presenter for Amateur Radio\nin Space topics.  This year, several of us have gotten together to expand\nthe presence.  The deadline to register presentations has past and we should\nhave at least 3 in a block on one of the two days of the conference.  Also\nfor this version of the VHE, a \"Virtual Exhibit Hall\" booths space has been\nprocured.  This virtual booth allows for personal interaction with\nconvention visitors via test, audio and video, as well as an opportunity for\nvirtual handouts and on demand material.\n\n \n\nWhat I am looking to collect here, are volunteers who would be interested in\nmanning such a booth for as much of the 48 hours that the event Exhibit Hall\nis open.  We can have up to 6 booth representatives in the space at a time.\nYou don't have to commit to all 48 hours, just need to give me an idea of\nwhat time of the Friday evening (US time) to Sunday evening of that weekend,\nthat you would be willing to commit to.  Having a broad collection of people\nfrom all skill and interest areas, plus good on-demand content, will make it\na great opportunity to promote our aspect of the hobby and to present AMSAT\norganizations around the world, not just AMSAT-NA.  To that end, I would\nwelcome foreign participation from Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the\nPacific Rim, to be apart.  Overseas help will allow staffing of the booth\nduring our Western Hemisphere night-time.  I know there are many of you that\nhave traditionally done this at in-person ham-fests and expos so there\nshould be a good pool of experienced people to do this.\n\n \n\nYou can contact me off list at [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> ,\[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>  or directly at\[email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>  and let me know\nof your interest.
