    "content": "All of the designs for the equipment to use the digital transponder on \nS/C  bands will be open and available (hardware and software).  For the \n\"CC Rider\", now S/C,  we will be required to produce working units but \nit will be openly available for experimenters and homebrewers to roll \ntheir own.
