    "content": "I am running the free version of HRD and of late have been experiencing \na strange problem.  The program runs but initializes extremely slowly.  \nIt takes at least 4 minutes to begin working.  I am just using the \nsatellite tracking portion of the software.  The machine here runs \nWindows8.1 with all the updates.  There isn't a virus or spyware problem \naccording to my diagnostic software.  All other programs perform \nnormally.
