    "content": "\nI've had good luck with a home-built 18 turn helix antenna on a rotor, sending about 10 watts up 60' of hardline and about 12' of RG-213.  Backing off the power I still got a good quieting signal with maybe 5 watts (hard to tell - no meter in the shack), before it started getting a little scratchy.
