    "content": "Ken, VE3HLS, showed up on FO-29 this morning on the 1520z pass.\nI found him way up the band at 435882.  He had a decent signal and\nwent qrt at 1533z.  If you called him on his frequency, he responded.\n\nKen said that he would stay in EO80 today and tomorrow (Tuesday and\nWednesday).  The road to EO90 was washed out due to heavy rain so\nno EO90 operation is expected.
