    "content": "Hello All,\n\n \n\nTEVEL-3, 6 FM transponders have been activated, starting from 26.05.23\n18:35U for 72 hours.\n\nDownlink frequency = 436.400 MHz\n\nUplink frequency = 145.970MHz NO PL tone.\n\nAll Tevel sats transmit a telemetry beacon every 20 seconds.
