    "content": "I’ve been using my dual Yaesu FT818 setup and Arrow antenna with great success on the FM and linear satellites.  As the temperature in the northeast US begins to plummet I have put some thought into how to operate for the winter.\n\nI have purchased an M2 Sat Pack Eggbeater antenna and I am wondering if anyone has had success using a 6 watt FT818 with it?  Again, I have no problem with 6 watts and an Arrow antenna, but curious what the results might be with the eggbeaters.\n\nI know some don’t care for the Eggbeater style antenna but I have talked to many who have had great success, just not sure if I can duplicate that with 6 watts.\n\nThanks for the help.\n\n73\nErik \nK2ERK - FN20\n\n\n\n",
