    "content": "\nThe JAXA announced four CubeSats deployment from ISS by the JEM Small\nSatellite Orbital Deployer (J-SSOD).\n\nThe four CubeSats are followings.\n\nPicoDragon\n 1U CubeSat\n Developer: Vietnam National Satellite Center(VNSC), University of\n            Tokyo, IHI aerospace\n\nArduSat-1 and ArduSat-X\n 1U CubeSat\n Developer: Nanorack, NanoSatisfi\n\nTechEdSat-3\n 3U CubeSat\n Developer: NASA Ames Research Center\n\nPicoDragon, ArduSat-1 and ArduSat-X operates on amateur band.\nTechEdSat-3 could not find on the IARU Amateur Satellite Frequency\nCoordination list.\n\nAll the satellites sent ISS by the HTV4 at 4th August.
