    "content": "Hello\n\nWe intend to schedule the FM V/U cross-band repeater on Sumbandila as follows\n(all times in UTC; all activations 13 minutes duration):\n\nSat 7 Nov 2009:\n22:46 (Australia)\n\nSun 8 Nov 2009:\n00:05 (Japan)\n00:21 (Australia)\n00:58 (South America)\n03:15 (Central Asia / India)\n07:59 (Europe)\n09:34 (UK)\n12:56 (South America)\n14:18 (Eastern USA)\n15:52 (Central USA)\n\nThe CTCSS tone for the transponder is 233.6 Hz.\n\nUplink:  145.875MHz\nDownlink:  435.345MHz\n\nAdditional recommendations:\nUse only narrow FM\nSwitch off compression\nSpeak softly (mic gain down)\n\nSatellite characteristics:\nAll antennas are linear vertically polarized (1/4 wavelength)\nSat Tx power = 5W\nSat Rx sensitivity = -116.5dBm for 12dB SINAD\nMax antenna gain = 4dBi\n\nNote that the satellite is currently in a controlled sun tracking mode with\nantennas Nadir pointing.\n\nApologies for the late notification, but we're still in the commissioning\nphase and can therefore not guarantee the SA-AMSAT payload service far ahead\nin time.
