"content": "Hi, Everyone. I’m relatively new to satellites, so my questions are pretty basic. I just purchased a new laptop running Windows 11, and will use it to run SatPC32 to control a Yaesu FT897D and a Yaesu FT857D for duplex operation. Are the USB-62C cables from RTSystems the right choice for this? Also, do I need to purchase the ADMS-4B software package to install the right drivers? I’ll probably never use most of its features.\n\nI’ve been a ham since I was in 8th grade, but that was in 1958, and I’ve only recently returned to the hobby. As you might expect, I’m “digitally-challenged.” Thanks for any information you can offer.\n\nJoe\nK1MNY\n\n\n",
