    "content": "Hi all,\nIt appears over the past few months, control operators have been working on\nthe old bird as seen here http://www2.umbrasi.com/ . Im still not sure if\nits fully operational yet, im going to listen for it tomorrow, you should\ndo the same too. As for keps, im using the keps generated off of N2YO, not\nsure how accurate they are but im using them. Looks like they finally got a\nupdate in, as its been over a year since the last update :). Let everyone\nknow on the BBS if you hear it or not. I have not talked on this satellite\nfor 5 years now! Hopefully more memories to come.\n\n*June 28, 2015*\nAO-27 Turned on today.
