This hasn't been an easy decision \nbecause I really like this radio. However, I now have 2M, 222 and 432 \non my Flex-5000A and can use my TS-2000X on 1296 until I get a \ntransverter working with the 5000A. So it's time to let someone else \nenjoy this radio. \n\nIt is in excellent condition and, in addition to the hard to find 222 \nand 1296 modules, has the optional CW Keyer, 600Hz narrow-band CW filter \nand FTS-8 CTCSS Tone Encoder/Decoder. I have the manual, AC & DC power \ncords and I'm pretty sure that I still have the original box (I'll have \nto look for that when I get home tonight). Everything on the radio \nworks as it should and anyone who has worked me on 222, 432, or 1296 has \nheard this radio. \n\nPrice is $1700 firm. If you try to buy the 222 and 1296 modules to add \nto a stock radio you can expect to spend about $1000-1100. I could make \nmore money by parting it out, but I'm not going to do that. I'm not in \na hurry to sell it, so I'm giving 1st priority to hams in the Pacific \nNorthwest (we need more of us on 222 and 1296). I can bring it to \nPuyallup this weekend or make arrangements to meet in WA or OR for \npickup. If someone local doesn't show an interest in the next month or \ntwo, then I'll consider shipping it out of the area. \n\n73, \nClay W7CE \n360-951-0817 (cell) \n\n-- \n~The Voice of the Pacific NorthWest VHF Society~ \nYou received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups \"PNWVHFS\" group. \nTo post to this group, send email to [email protected] \nTo unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] \nFor more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/PNWVHFS \n", "attachments": [] }
