    "content": "Hi All.\nIn order to expedite this info, here is the scoop.\nTo confirm a contact, you must send the information Date, Time, who you \ntalked to etc.\nto:\nARRL Headquarters\nARISS QSL Expedition #24\n225 Main Street\nNewington, CT 06111-1494 USA\n\nYou must include a Large Self addressed envelope with enough postage to \ncover the\ncost back to you. (at least 2 IRC's or equivalent)\n\nThis is for US cards only.
