    "content": "No big issue, just curious if anyone has experienced this.\n\nNow that FalconSat3 is back in Eastern US in late evening before 10PM EDT,\n36 minutes earlier every day as Bob pointed out, I'm trying to work aprs\ndigipeater.\n\nBefore, following these excellent guides\nhttps://www.amsat.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/FalconSAT-Stoddard-pdf.pdf\n and http://andrewbnortham.com/ke8fzt/falconsat/     I had success.\n\nThen something happened and my TH-D72a just sits there after pressing\n\"BCON\" with \"STA\" on the screen waiting -  I have ensured, doubled checked,\nboth A&B if that matters, downloaded with MCP and \"Ignore DCD\" is the\nsetting, but it sure acts like it is ON!\n\nHaving lots of luck decoding with direwolf, but my handset just won't\ntransmit when signal is good :\\\n",
