    "content": "Dear all,\n\njust heard the satellite during the pass starting at about 19.35 UTC.\nThe sat was transmitting on 145.930, I have used RASCAL to try to decode \nthe signal, but It was very difficult for me, it was very difficult to \n\"Sync\" the signal, and so nothing was decoded.\nMy setup:\n- ICOM IC-910H\n- antenna KLM 2x7 el.\n- signal sometimes better in RHCP, sometimes in LHCP\n- signal about S3-S4\n\nI'll try again tomorrow ....\n\nBest '73 de Piero IZ1ERR\nJN35UI - north west Italy\n",
