    "content": "It appears that Interorbital Systems has sold at least 3 of their TubeSat kits \nto foreign buyers.\n\nGiven that they are already violating FCC rules by marketing them as \nlicense-free, and on frequencies not allocated for space-to-earth \ncommunications, I have to wonder what the chances are that those kits were \nshipped in compliance with ITAR regulations....\n\n\n(The first TubeSat launch is pending, 1st quarter 2011....  it would probably \nbehoove us all to let the FCC know that we DON'T want these unlicensed & \nuncoordinated satellites launched!)\n\n\nGeorge, KA3HSW\n\n",
