    "content": " Guys, \n\n\nI'm looking at my KOCMOC,  it says No. 8-1 CT.   12 December 99. \nI can't remember what the levels of achievement were. I was at \n\"Step 1\".\nAnd it was one of the hand-delivered ones! \n\nFor those who don't know, there are several awards available for \nOSCAR as well as  HF. \n\nWorked All California Counties (WACC).  I have this one, No. 23  and\nNo. 1 on OSCAR. \n\nWorked all Continents (IARU award) endorsed for OSCAR\n\nCQ DX field award (CQ magazine). I have this one No. 59 for OSCAR.\n\nCounty Award from SWOT (Sidewinders on two) in Texas.  Requires only \n100 counties.
