The situation is so \ntrouble that many are loosing their natural social guidelines. He strongly feel \nthat many irrational comments are a strong indicator that some are in the early \nstages of depression.\n\n\nYou may be depressed if you're experiencing:\n\n    * A major drop in your mood that lasts most of the day and is consistently \nlow for two weeks or more.\n    * A loss of interest in things you normally love to do.\n    * Irritability at home or at work. (I added on the internet)\n    * Grudges against people you perceive have wronged you.\n    * A desire to avoid other people. (I added fltering their messages)\n    * Overwhelming feelings of sadness or grief.\n    * Unreasonable feelings of guilt.\n\n\nHow is depression treated?\n\nThose who realize they are suffering from depression benefit from professional \ncounseling and - possibly - medication. There is a wide range of anti-\ndepressants on the market that have been approved in the treatment of \ndepression.\n\nMedication does not normally \"cure\" depression.
