Papers and \npresentations are solicited on both the technical \nand operational aspects of VHF, UHF and Microwave \nweak signal amateur radio. Some suggested areas of interest are:\n\nTransmitters\nReceivers\nTransverters\nRF Power Amplifiers\nRF Low Noise Pre Amplifiers\nAntennas\nConstruction Projects\nTest Equipment And Station Accessories\nStation Design And Construction\nContesting\nRoving\nDXpeditions\nEME\nPropagation (Sporadic E, Meteor Scatter, Troposphere Ducting, etc.)\nDigital Modes (WSJT, etc.)\nDigital Signal Processing (DSP)\nSoftware Defined Radio (SDR)\nAmateur Satellites Amateur Television\n\nIn general papers and presentations on non weak \nsignal related topics such as FM repeaters and \npacket will not be accepted but exceptions may be \nmade if the topic is related to weak signal. For \nexample, a paper or presentation on the use of \nAPRS to track rovers during contests would be considered.\n\nThe Technical committee this year is K4IDC ,Robin \nMidgett and N2CEI, Steve Kostro. Contact Steve \nKostro, SVHFS2011 AT downeastmicrowave DOT \ncom by Jan 8th, 2010 if you wish to make a \npresentation and submit your paper for \npublication to the same adress. Deadline for the \nsubmission of papers is March 11, 2011. All \nsubmissions for the proceedings should be in \nMicrosoft Word (.doc).Pages are 8 and 1/2 by 11 \ninches with a 1 inch margin on the bottom and ¾ \ninch margin on the other three sides.
