"content": "I also had trouble with QSO's and keeping track of them. So I use two radios\na yaesu VX-170 for transmit and Ic-w32a for receive. Now I have a splitter\non the speaker jack on ic-w32a from radio shack. One side goes to a digital\nrecorder and the other goes to headset or if doing a demo a external\nspeaker. Now I can hear during transmit and record the QSO. Then latter I\ncan listen to the recording and put them in the log.\n\nK5AI / Ron Porter\n\n-----Original Message-----\nFrom: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On\nBehalf Of WB2LLP\nSent: Sunday, August 19, 2007 8:14 AM\nTo: AMSAT -BB\nSubject: [amsat-bb] Logging with an Arrow\n\nThe other day I made my first contacts using my IC-W32A and my \"Cheap Yagii\nArrow\" antenna. Like many before me I found paper logging to be impossible.\nThere have been many clever solutions to this problem using a recorder\ndocumented, but I can not find any reference to them. Is there someone with\na better memory, or filing system, who could point me to some references.\n\nTNX es 73 de WB2LLP \n_______________________________________________\nSent via [email protected].
