    "content": "Hi all in Europe,\nIt is obviously about time to repeate a few \ngood points about operating via the FM repeater \nsatellites.\n\n1. Do not transmit if you can not hear it\n\n2. When the satellite is busy - limit the number of QSO's to ONE\n\n3. Do not call over an ongoing QSO\n\n4. A valid QSO just needs the call and the report\n\n5. Give way to weak stations like /p and /m \n\n6. Allow DX-peditions to make as many QSO's as there are callers\n\nThat was the short version :-)\n\nI have a long version in English, Italian, Russian, Spanish and French.\nI can send it to you if you want it. Could use a few other languages \nlike Greek, Polish and others.\nIt would be nice if you can get it in your national journals.\n\nAnd please no flames !\n\n73 OZ1MY\nIb\n\n",
