    "content": "Hi!\n\nOmar XE1AO sent me an e-mail, mentioning that he will be operating\nas XE719SEP on the satellites on 19-20 September 2015. XE719SEP\nis a special-event station commemorating the earthquakes that hit\nMexico City on those dates in 1985. The \"719\" in the call sign represents\nthe local time of the first earthquake, 7.19am on 19 September 1985.\nOfficially, the XE719SEP stations will operate until 0040 UTC on 21\nSeptember, corresponding to 7.40pm local time on 20 September 1985 -\nthe time of the second massive earthquake.\n\nOther operators will use XE719SEP on other bands and modes during\nthis weekend.
