"content": "Hello Andy and Mike\n\nIt is a great CAT interface for satellites. It prevents the constant toggling between VFO A and VFO B while receiving, so you will have a normal reception without \"holes\" in the signal and it always will prevent burn the preamplifier.\n\nI constructed the interface and made the case using an empty electric tape box. I have tested it on FO-29 and VO-52 and it works Excellent! I use it in my portable operations running half-duplex with my FT-817nd.\n\nI have the following information from the AMSAT NEWS SERVICE\n(ANS-351).\n\nTo order please send the following either by mail or email as follows:\n+ Your name and shipping address\n+ Phone number and email address\n+ Item you are requesting\n+ Enclose a check for the appropriate amount, payable to ARRL\n ETP, sent to attention of ARRL Education Services\n\nSend orders to:\nARRL Education Services, ATTN: Amy Strickland\n225 Main Street\nNewington, CT 06111\n\nPlease contact Amy in ARRL Education Services at [email protected] \nwith any questions about ordering.\nPlease contact Mark Spencer at [email protected] with questions about \nthe interface design and specifications.\n\n73 & Happy New Year!\nHector, CO6CBF\nEL92sd\n\n\n\n________________________________________\nDe: [email protected] [[email protected]] En nombre de andy thomas [[email protected]]\nEnviado el: jueves, 27 de diciembre de 2012 11:32\nPara: amsat\nAsunto: [amsat-bb] Re: FT-817 Sat-CAT Interface Boards and Kits\n\nI'd appreciate a scan of the article from QST too, please, if anyone has one available.
