    "content": "In an open effort to help any AMSAT member with ICOM satellite rig problems, \nmay I offer this recommendation.\n\nThrough personal experiences with ICOM radio repairs, I have found Scott \nMalcom, KA7MEF, who heads up Malcom Technical Services (MTS), to be \nextremely talented in ICOM repair, and one of the most fair persons to deal \nwith ever.
