Where would the command station and robot be located? How much time would you need to command the robot each day? You need to have a amateur radio license for the bands you wish to\nwork, specifically the \"uplinks\".  For example if you wanted to work some of\nthe LEO satellites like AO-51, SO-50, etc. you need at least a \"technician\"\nclass license.
