    "content": "Hi AMSATs,\n\nI received the news that VO-52 will be switched on in a couple of hours from now, at 13:50UTC, (03-March-2012)\nUnfortunately the satellite will not pass over central Europe, and I am not able to check the status the first two orbits.\n\nI am looking for hams in Russia, Northern Europe, Canada, USA, or others that can listen for VO-52 right after it is turned on.\n\n! ! !  Please don't use high uplink powers !!!
