    "content": "Thanks to the response from the group.  The V+ setting worked fine.  I knew\nI was missing something.\n\nThe CAT control via the Virtual Serial Port Emulation software is a bit\nfinicky and sometimes may take 5 or 10 seconds to update SatPC32 as Doppler\nchanges,  Then it will seem to catch up and be pretty current.
