    "content": "Thanks to Alex, EU1PA, Chairman of the BFRR, I have\nsecured the callsign EW/ G0SFJ which I hope to operate\non Sunday 20th April on AO-51 and possibly SO-50 from\nMinsk, Belarus.\n\nDue to import restrictions on radio transceivers I\nwill be helped in this enterprise by radio hams from\nMinsk who will lend me equipment for the passes.\nHowever, I will be using my trusty and now\nwell-travelled Arrow antenna - see the link to\n\"operation qrp with arrow antenna\" on \n\nhttp://www.andythomas.eu\n\nThe proposed times utc are +/- 5 minutes of\n\n0650 (AO-51)\n0925 (SO-50)\n1630 (AO-51)\n\nthese are the predicted maximum elevations from Minsk\nthat day - Local time in Minsk is utc +3, CET is utc\n+2 and BST is utc +1)\n\ndepending on availability of transceiver, and weather\nconditions, and the unpredictable.\n\nI'll work as many stations as possible, if you hear me\nplease remember I shall be QRP with unfamiliar radio\nequipment. \n\nSWL reports welcome, with record of my locator.
