    "content": "A student in this year's USTTI/ARRL Amateur Radio Administration course (Ishmael, 8P6PE) has asked to engage in a satellite QSO.  We're going to take advantage of the passes we have that work with the W1AW guest operating hours.  We will try FO-29 at 1845z and VO-52 soon after at 1850z.
