    "content": "In the states ham bands ate under constant pressure from commercial\nintetests on the FCC for reallocation. Having those birds up there proves\nthe need and helps stave off reallocation. If we leabe them unused they\nwill go away. If I could launch a cube sat for my experimental interests it\nwould use ham bands and may only send back tlm.
